Return Policy

1. Original Artworks

  • Due to the unique nature of original paintings and the specialized logistics involved, all sales of original works are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for original paintings once the work has been collected by the buyer or their chosen transport provider.

  • Damages during Transit: If you have opted for our Premium Shipping Service and the work arrives damaged, you must document the damage with photographs immediately upon arrival and contact Nav Unger within 24 hours to initiate an insurance claim

  • If you organize your own transport, the responsibility for any damage during transit lies solely with the buyer and their chosen carrier.

2. Print on Demand (POD) Products

  • Items such as the Timeless Calendar and future prints are made to order specifically for you.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your POD product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Because these items are custom-printed upon purchase, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

3. Cancellations

  • Original Paintings: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet been packed or prepared for shipment/collection.

  • POD Products: Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment services, orders for calendars and prints are sent to production almost immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

4. Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., a lost shipment for a POD item), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs for the Premium Shipping Service are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
