1. General Terms

and purchasing the work of Nav Unger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The artist reserves the right to modify prices or collection details, such as the Expanded Series, at any time without prior notice[cite: 1, 2].

2. Artwork Pricing & Payments

All prices for original paintings are listed in Euros (€).
Payment must be confirmed and cleared in full before any artwork is released for collection or shipment.
For sales facilitated through partners, the final price remains consistent with the artist’s official online gallery.

3. Logistics & Shipping Responsibility

Mallorca Deliveries: Original works purchased for delivery within Mallorca include complimentary professional transport and installation by the artist.
International/External Shipping: For original paintings shipped outside Mallorca, the buyer assumes full responsibility for organizing and paying for transport.
Condition of Release: The artist’s liability ends once the work is collected by the buyer’s chosen transport provider. A condition report will be signed upon collection.
Print on Demand (POD): Items such as the Timeless Calendar and future prints are fulfilled by third-party POD services. Shipping for these items is handled directly by the provider and calculated at checkout.

4. Packaging Standards

Original works are prepared for transit according to their scale:
- Large Format (145 x 115 cm): Secured in custom-built, reinforced wooden crates.
- Small Format (approx. 50 x 40 cm): Secured in high-density reinforced technical cardboard.

5. Insurance & Liability

For original works, "nail-to-nail" insurance is available via our Premium Shipping Service.
Insurance coverage is proportional to the size and value of the artwork, ranging from 50 x 40 cm to 145 x 115 cm.
The artist is not responsible for delays or fees incurred during customs processing for international orders.

6. Intellectual Property & Authenticity

The artist, Nav Unger, retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork even after the physical sale.
A physical Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every original painting to guarantee its provenance and value.
