1. Delivery within Mallorca (Original Paintings)

For original works with a destination on the island of Mallorca, professional transport and basic installation services are managed personally by the artist and are completely free of charge.
A delivery appointment will be coordinated directly with the buyer after payment confirmation

2. National & International Shipping (Original Paintings)

The sale price for original large-format works ( $145 x 115$ cm) does not include shipping costs outside of the island.
Buyer’s Responsibility: The organization and cost of transport for original paintings are the responsibility of the buyer.
Professional Art Packaging: Nav Unger provides high-security packaging tailored to the piece:
- Large Format : Custom-built, reinforced wooden crate (crating).
- Small Format (approx. $50x 40$ cm): High-density reinforced technical cardboard.
Premium Shipping Option: We can manage a Premium Shipping Service via fine art agencies, including "nail-to-nail" insurance covering the total declared value. Contact the artist for a personalized quote

3. Print on Demand (POD) Products

Select items, including the Timeless Calendar and future limited edition prints, are fulfilled and shipped via professional Print on Demand (POD) services.
These products are produced and dispatched from the facility closest to your location to ensure faster delivery and reduced carbon footprint.
Shipping rates and delivery times for POD items are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
navart.shop and Nav Unger are not responsible for delays due to customs processing for either original works or POD products.

5. Shipping Insurance

For original works, insurance is adjusted according to the specific size and value.
POD products are covered by the shipping provider’s standard terms.
